FMS Senior Program Analyst
KBR is seeking a FMS Senior Program Analyst to support our Team!
This position supports tasking at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Program Management Activity (PMA)265 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Integrated Product Team (IPT)for Germany in Patuxent River, MD.
The successful candidate will support the efforts and actions of the PMA-265 Program Manager for the Germany FMS F/A-18E/F and EA-18G program.
With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Program Manager, the successful candidate will assist the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.
Assist with the analysis of acquisition, engineering and logistics requirements for the Superhornet and Growler aircraft and weapon systems.
A MA/MS degree from an accredited college or university is required plus ten years of experience is required.
Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
At least five years of that experience in NAVAIR is desired.
The candidate must be familiar with the aircraft and associated weapon systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is required.
The candidate must possess or be able to obtain a SECRET level security clearance.
Must be able to travel.
Contract requirements will prevail.
