SC Johnson Professional is seeking an Sr. Associate, Brand Manager.  This position is in the SC Johnson Professional business and will participate in a wide variety of communications and marketing activities within a fast-growing and dynamic company. The primary focus will be to support the sales team through development of appropriate marketing tools across all Professional product lines, as well as coordinating and organizing key tradeshows across the division.  This position will work closely with the digital communications associate and will serve as a point of contact between the Charlotte, NC and Racine, WI marketing teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to learn quickly.  Most deliverables will be deadline-oriented to both internal and external parties. The role will also require interaction with other company departments as well as outside agencies.

The selected candidate must demonstrate exceptional initiative, efficiently manage multiple priorities, be a creative problem solver, and exhibit a willingness to learn new skills. 

Responsibilities:
Manage digital sales tools for all SCJP divisions
Manage, maintain and promote proprietary subscription software solution
Work with corporate Creative Services team to develop / update videos for YouTube, social, advertising or special events
Manage video deployment on YouTube channel
Manage the US tradeshow calendar for all SCJP divisions healthcare/skincare/floor/surface/Consumer Brands (some travel will be required)Develop and manage tradeshow assets for the division
Collaborate with marketing team to provide support for regional, and distributor trade shows in the form of literature, banners, booth displays, etc.
Work with Charlotte, NC based contact to coordinate shipment of materials, samples, literature etc. from Charlotte office
Work with third party tradeshow vendors/suppliers as appropriate to update/ship/store tradeshow materials

Work with Communications Associate on required website updates, tradeshow communications and other sales support communications as may be required
Work with graphics design team to develop and update product literature
Manage printed literature inventory with fulfillment warehouse
Assist in development of training support materials for internal and external sales teams

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or similar field and 2+ years’ experience OR an advanced degree with 1+ years relevant work experience or military experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement
Must be authorized to work in the US

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Brand management and/or general marketing experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects while prioritizing work assignments
Strong written and verbal communications skills – writing experience a plus
Proficient computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)
Organized self-starter willing to take the initiative to get things done and work with all levels of co-workers and outside vendors
Ability to build strong working relationships while driving to meet deadlines
High sense of urgency
High level of integrity and a solid work ethic
