Job Summary

Our Auckland based water infrastructure team is involved in delivering some of the most exciting and region shaping infrastructure projects across; wastewater, flood management, highway drainage, urban stormwater, irrigation, water supply, and raw water.

The scope of technical work includes working along-side our hydraulic modellers, undertaking catchment studies and analysis, all stages of water infrastructure design and design for water, wastewater and stormwater networks in an urban setting and site-based construction monitoring activities.

This is a unique opportunity to grow a professional portfolio of large water infrastructure projects for a range of public sector clients. You will be a part of our industry-leading water business and lead and contribute to the delivery of a wide range of projects that provide great outcomes for our clients, our local community and AECOM.

The Professional role contributes to the winning, management and delivery of a wide range of projects. It is responsible for the management of resources, budgets and time-lines, and enhancing client and working relationships. This role may assist with preparing proposals and presentations to clients to win work.

Minimum Requirements

An average of 3-7 years’ experience

Experience in delivering multi-disciplinary water related projects

Competent in systems: Project Management tools, MS office suite

Knowledge of the market for consulting services

Preferred Qualifications

Engineering degree and qualifications in one of the water engineering related disciplines (Civil, Mechanical or similar
