Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform engineering design, project management and inspection services as assigned at Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB), Montana.
- Provide "on-site" technical and administrative services, in accordance with this PWS, to support the MAFB CES mission throughout the 341st Missile Wing (MW), both on base and in the missile field.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Take appropriate actions for In-grants and out-grants.
- Perform real estate functions related to government owned real.
- Complete disposal actions for excess land or facilities.
- Perform data analysis and reports including space utilization surveys as needed.
- Assisting with completion of and inputting construction capitalization documents (DD Form 1354's) related to projects.
- Must be able to obtain SECRET clearance
