Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to join our team in Crane, Indiana.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide unparalleled support to our customers in relation to rapid research and analysis, test and evaluation and rapid fielding programs.
o Work closely with customer, technical leads, and technical program staff to meet contract and program staffing and performance needs.
o Be responsible for contract management, logistics, establishing Depot Level maintenance capabilities, facilities maintenance, developing test program sets and internal supply chain operations.
o Managing geographically dispersed personnel, equipment, and customers.
o Managing/reporting schedule, cost, and quality.
o Supporting QA and monitoring operations/risks, responsiveness
o Task planning, preparation, execution, and establishing baseline/metrics. Strategic planning.
o Act as the resource manager for a technical staff of more than 50+ resources (both ManTech employees and subcontractors).
o Act as the liaison with ManTech’s recruiting team to identify, screen, interview, and hire technical staff in support of the program.
o Provide direct performance management and oversight of program technical staff, to include coaching and employee development and regular reviews.
o Provide oversight and approval of employee time reporting and charging, and ensure compliance with ManTech time reporting policies.
o Knowledge of establishing Depot Level maintenance capabilities
o Experience in leading rapid research and analysis, test and evaluation and rapid fielding programs
o At least seven years of relevant experience in program or project management.
o At least seven years of relevant experience in maintenance and logistics
o Experience in personnel management across a geographically-dispersed workforce.
o Experience in personnel management across multiple functional areas.
PMP certification or DOD equivalent
A technical BS degree with 12 years’ experience
Security Clearance Requirements:
Secret or be able to attain one
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
