ManTech is looking for an Enterprise Coordination Center (ECC) Information Manager to support our prime contract with the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) in Quantico, VA.

The ECC Information Manager is responsible for supporting the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA)’s organizational mission to serve a 24/7 single-point of entry into the Marine Corps Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Enterprise (MCISRE).

The successful candidate will provide crisis/time-sensitive intelligence & information support and urgent Request for Information (RFI) management impacting United States Marine Corps (USMC) operating forces worldwide and in support of key USMC leadership across the enterprise. 

This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

General Responsibilities:

  • Upon detection of enemy threats or emerging short-term trends that will impact deployed USMC forces, author and communicate alert products to key stakeholders in MCISRE, Higher HQs, or the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Provide written and oral roll-ups on recent enemy threats to USMC/Allied Forces or recent short term enemy trends
  • Update the MCISRE Common Intelligence Picture/Common Operating Picture daily, or as directed, in order to ensure Marine Expeditionary Forces (MEFs) and Marine Air Ground Task Forces (MAGTFs) can track significant intelligence items
  • Scope and document time-sensitive RFI requirements from USMC forces sent to the ECC, then properly communicate with appropriate MCIA and MCISRE leadership, as warranted, using appropriate information, knowledge, and task management applications
  • Upon receipt of time-sensitive RFIs, leverage the IC and MCIA’s organic knowledge, services, and expertise to answer RFIs to the maximum extent possible prior to the customer’s deadline
  • Communicate with Marine Forces Command (MARFORCOM) any Requests for Capability from deployed forces in accordance with the Global Force Management of Garrison Intelligence Capability (GFM-GIC) policy.
  • Process Conference Room reservations as identified in applicable policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • When warranted, establish and maintain a Crisis Page, on applicable domains, then inform the MCISRE and IC
  • Work is in support of a 24/7 Center, therefore individual CTR shift schedules (start/end times) will be at discretion of MCIA supervisors/leadership
  • Other duties as required

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Active TS/SCI DoD Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree (+2 years’ experience), Associate’s Degree (+4 years’ experience), or High School Diploma (+6 years’ experience)

Physical requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
