AECOM is seeking a Regional Digital Consulting Services Leader for the Canada Region to lead the growth of a new regional digital business and associated practice areas. The Regional Digital Consulting Services Leader will report to the Regional Digital Adoption Leader, who will serve as a senior sponsor for digital adoption in the core business within the region, with indirect report to the Global Digital Consulting Services Leader, who will set digital strategy globally.
This position can be based out of any of our Canadian offices with the option to work remotely.

About Digital @AECOM
As a member of the regional digital leadership team, you will work with professionals across all business lines in the geography and around the world to advance AECOM’s global digital strategies and priorities. The regional digital strategy will be closely coordinated and integrated with the overall regional growth strategy, however, is expected to build an independent digital consulting business. The global digital team includes strategy, solution management, hosted services delivery, and consulting services delivery. Digital strategy and solution management will be set globally, but tailored for implementation in each region.
The Regional Digital Consulting Services Leader will report to the Region Digital Adoption Leader with indirect report to the Global Digital Consulting Services Leader.
The Regional Digital Consulting Services Leader will work closely with regional and global digital leadership to build, manage and grow a new department of digital consulting professionals through consolidation of existing disparate digital teams to a central digital consulting services department. Strategically aligning the focus on key clients in the region and improving the contributions of the team to the region (i.e. revenue, margin, net promotor score), as well as working with the global digital team to create a structure that incentivizes collaboration across regional digital teams and with Business Lines within regions.
Transition current disparate teams to central team
P&L responsibilities including revenue generation, project margin achievement, DSO, G&A, project delivery, client satisfaction, staff utilization, safety, claims resolution and quality
Identify and develop key client relationships and monitor client satisfaction levels, in coordination with existing Client Account Managers when applicable
Plans, organizes and implements business development activities
Leading regional digital consulting bids and supporting global bids
Directs and coordinates activities of the team
Clearly defining / refining the digital consulting service offerings within the region
Ensures the success and growth of the consulting team in collaboration with the other regional teams
Connecting and sharing resources with the global digital team
Promoting the service offerings internally and externally
Recognizing outstanding contributions and outcomes
Showcasing proof points and case studies
Bachelor’s degree +10 years’ experience in digital project and solution delivery or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
Experience Implementing digital solutions within an ACE consulting environment
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skill
Knowledge of financial reporting (return on investment)
Demonstrated experience building digital teams (for key accounts, digital or technology practices eg Analytics, ITS, ICT, digital solutions)
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, Information Management or related field
MBA or other business degree (desirable)
Self-starter with the ability to work as a positive, energized and adaptable team member
Ability to develop and implement digital growth strategy
Knowledge of digital twins and IoT integration
Knowledge of parametric designs and adoption strategies
Flexible with work times to align with colleagues in different time zones
Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and influence senior leaders
Extremely strong relationship building skills
Demonstrated ability to champion and drive ideas/programs/solutions
Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work under pressure and prioritize effectively
Able to demonstrate passion, energy and drive, especially in the face of resistance
