The B-1 Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) contains an inter-linked schedule of all B-1 Avionics tasks—hardware and software. KBR is seeking an organized and self-sufficient Project Scheduler to develop schedules for multiple work packages, show dependencies between work packages, and link them all together in a B-1 Integrated Master Schedule.
Duties will include developing schedules, updating status of tasks, highlighting resource and deadline conflicts to the project manager and work package managers, providing weekly reports and monthly reports. The Project Scheduler will also need to provide specific charts and summaries for presentations by management.
The successful candidate will work closely with a team of driven and highly skilled DoD professionals. Be relied upon to provide strategic input in creating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Be responsible for synthesizing various cost, schedule, and performance metrics/milestones into a strategic, forward looking schedule in support of project priorities. Effectively coordinate inputs from stakeholders, manage IMS scheduling tool, assess scheduling impacts related to budget drills/requirement changes, adjust schedule to meet short-term requirements, advise stakeholders of potential scheduling issues, and make recommendations as needed. Prepare PowerPoint briefings, high level schedule slides to support IPT and Executive level briefings. Interact daily with various project functional leads to include Integrated Product Team leads (military or civilian). Work with Technical Directors, systems engineers, security, cost, and modeling and simulation personnel to obtain the projects big picture and necessary integration activities to provide an actionable schedule for execution.
