Patrol Supervisor, full-time, salaried exempt

Centralized Security seeks a team player looking for a long-term position that will grow with them. A successful candidate will have strong social skills, sound judgment, and the highest level of ethics.

Duties include, but not limited to:
Managing security officers (armed and unarmed) as well as Site Supervisors
Conducting site visits and post inspections
Interfacing with clients
Covering open posts
Assisting with operational tasks
Verifying hours and checking daily reports
Providing some training (site specific training, coaching/improvement plans, etc)

Must have Armed Guard Card, or be familiar with firearms and able to pass qualification asap
Must be able to pass a strict background to include criminal history, employment verification, and character references.
Must be able to pass a credit check.
Must be able to pass a drug test that includes screening for marijuana.
Must have valid NV Drivers License & clean driving record.
Must be able to swim.
Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks.
Must have 5+ years experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields.
5+ years management/supervisor experience preferred.
The ability to speak French is a plus, but not required.

The Patrol Supervisor reports to our COO and CEO. The Patrol Supervisor oversees all employees of the company, with the exception of the corporate staff.

The Patrol Supervisor is the main point-of-contact for clients to provide them with outstanding customer service and resolve issues quickly.

As the Patrol Supervisor, you would be the second line of defense for covering open shifts (first line of defense are the other officers at that site). Candidates must be available to work various shifts, weekends and "overtime".

Site supervisors verify the hours and check the reports for their sites. The Patrol Supervisor is responsible for verifying hours and reviewing reports so for smaller sites of less than 5 officers that do not have their own dedicated supervisors.

The Patrol Supervisor visits all sites and conducts post inspections. The Patrol Supervisor provides some coaching/support for performance issues and handles some discipline, with the guidance of the COO and/or CEO.

The Patrol Supervisor assists with the start up of new contracts, including conducting a visit of the site, adding tour trackers, creating post orders, etc.

The Patrol Supervisor assists with various operational tasks as needed such as taking vehicles to be serviced, uniform inventory, etc.

Must be able to handle physical workload and read/write/speak English fluently. Must be willing to become CPR/First Aid certified (or be currently certified).
