Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission and customer-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the Washington D.C. area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Monitor the services being provided to determine if Service Level Agreements and performance levels are being adhered to
Responsible for activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable contract and regulatory requirements
Recommend changes to services and processes to improve performance
Determine if current methods and techniques result in meeting reliability, maintainability, availability, and capacity standards/levels
Develop, modify, apply, and maintain standards for quality operating methods and procedures used across the program
Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in a large computer-based organization
Develop and define major and minor characteristics of quality including quality metrics and scoring parameters and determines requisite quality control resources for an actual task order
Establish and maintain a process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation and/or assist in the evaluation
Conduct and/or participate in formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with 7+ years of relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making
ITIL 4 Certification
Master’s degree with 3-5 years of related experience
Top Secret w/SCI
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
