EPBL: Associate Quality Engineer

Associate Quality Engineer duties include but not limited to:

  • Reports to Engineering Manager or Site Leader
  • Develops, applies, revises, and maintains quality standards for receiving, in-process and final inspection of assets in accordance with company and contractual requirements
  • Performs incoming inspections of assets
  • Writes/Update inspection procedures
  • Assist in reviewing and evaluating in-process rejections
  • Assist in PQDR evaluations
  • Maintains suspense material quarantined area
  • Maintain quality records and metrics
  • Process defective material returns
  • Obtains disposition and implements corrective action as needed
  • Participates in audits
  • May provide technical support to warehouse and kitting personnel
  • Works closely with USAF, Project and Repair Development engineers to ensure investigation findings and other related projects are accomplished using Honeywell best practices
  • Perform all other duties as assigned


  • US Citizen
  • Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Base access Contractors card
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Ability to obtain Quality certifications as required
  • Ability to obtain a Yellow or Green let certification
  • Ability to use SAP
  • Ability to use Maximo
  • Ability to use JDARS
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Experience with F-15, C-130, F-16, C-5, E-3, A-10, B-1 and B-2, Secondary Power System APUs & Components a plus

This is an onsite position in Ogden Utah and Hill AFB with no remote work possibilities. No relocation assistance nor uplift available. Entry Level Position.
