Directs and managers the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface
Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
Overall responsibility and management of the project including but not limited to budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout
Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project
Lead engineering teams consisting of entry to mid-level engineers and technicians in the development of design plans for transportation projects with WVDOH and local agencies
Perform business development and marketing activities to generate future business
Project scoping and budget development, including complex and high-profile transportation design projects
Communicate with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and the public
Manage innovative transportation projects including financial, schedule, and design task management to deliver high-quality plans
Project financials, invoicing, and cash collections
Assist with the development of marketing strategies for targeted projects and clients
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Ten (10) years of experience working on civil transportation projects
Ability to scope/estimate complex transportation projects
Ability to track and manage transportation project budgets and schedules
Valid driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications :
Master’s Degree in civil engineering
Bentley Open Roads and/or Autodesk BIM experience with an emphasis on transportation engineering, water resources, structures, or other related markets
