Training Integrator (AIS-21-1446-W):
Bowhead seeks three (3) Mission Qualified personnel to augment Air Force Special Operations Command’s (AFSOC) 492 Special Operations Wing squadron operations. The focus of work will be MC-130, AC-130J and U-28 training integration. These personnel will work as part of an integrated contractor/government workforce providing specialized knowledge, skills and abilities described below. Location: Hurlburt Field, Florida.
The Team Bowhead Training Integrators (TI) shall be the main point of contact and conduit between the contracted workforce and the government. Contractor TIs shall coordinate through the Flight Operations Manager (FOM) to the Government Flight Representative (GFR) on all flight-related matters prior to engaging with the COR or government leadership. Hurlburt based TIs shall support the MC-130, U-28 and AC-130J formal student training pipelines. Examples of duties include, but not limited to: attend weekly scheduling meetings, monitor and provide inputs to the command’s simulator modification plan to include training impacts develop and update weapon system MESLs as required, attend weekly training review boards (required training for assigned aircraft, and scheduling/committing of contracted instructor personnel).

- Ten (10) years of AFSOC experience, of which seven (7) years employing AFSOC aircraft; -
- Former AFSOC aircrew instructor.
- Top Secret Clearance
- Highly Desirable: Two (2) years of AFSOC/AETC Formal Training Unit experience
- Highly Desirable: MAJCOM or higher staff tour
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
