Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented CNO Software Engineer to join our team in the Herndon, Virginia.
A qualified candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.
Assist with designing, developing, documenting, testing and debugging of applications software and systems.
Apply knowledge of security concepts and networks.
Ensure software standards are met.
Responsible for conducting research of new technologies and implementation strategies
Provide feedback to other team members on code changes through reviews.
Be a self-starter and able to work with limited oversight on significant problems
Willingness to grow responsibilities over time
BS Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent years of experience.
Three (3) years of experience programming in Java/Python/C++ or equivalent.
• Understand CNO development concepts.
• Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
• Understand assembly programming concepts.
• Unit Test experience.
• Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
• Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.
• Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
Active/current TS is required
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
Repetitive MotionsThe projected compensation range for this position is $127,000-$211,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
