ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber-security professional to join our Herndon, VA team to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.
The applicant will have experience supporting Army or DoD programs and demonstrate DoD cyber security experience, knowledge, policy, and standards.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The applicant shall possess comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of DoD systems cyber security standards, as defined in DoDI 8570.01-M
The applicant shall possess knowledge and experience to support system deliverables that comply with DoD and Army cyber security policy, specifically G2.
To ensure that cyber security policy is implemented correctly on systems, the applicant shall ensure compliance with DoD and Army Certification and Accreditation policies, specifically G2.
The applicant shall support activities and meet the requirements of the Army G2..
BA/BS degree and 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 3 year must be in the DoD, OR
15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 year must be in the DoD
CISSP (or similar/equivalent certification)
5 years of Risk Management Framework experience
Security clearance requirement:
Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a poly.
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
