ABOUT THIS POSITION
KBR requires a Senior Computer/Network Engineering Systems Analyst, located in the Dayton, OH, area to support Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Plans and Programs Directorate (AFLCMC/XP-OZ) Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) in the planning and investment control of IT systems and applications, and delivering enterprise IT solutions to satisfy business needs across the AFLCMC enterprise in support of the Warfighter.
This candidate will provide direct support and advise the AFLCMC CITO at Wright-Patterson AFB as a member of the CITO User Experience (UX) Team. Working as part of a dynamic team, the candidate will formulate enterprise IT solutions and advise the CITO on IT user UX. The candidate will identify and design solutions to IT issues to include the cost benefit analysis and impact evalution of proposed courses of action. The candidate will develop and maintain IT analytics to improve enterprise situational awareness through IT user surveys, CITO line of effort tracking, and IT health metrics. The candidate will present CITO positions through briefings on IT issues, solutions, and progress to senior leadership.
The candidate must work well within a team and be assertive in capturing key inputs and data to incorporate into various products daily. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and active listening). Proficiency with developing presentations (PowerPoint) and written documents for executive-level review and consumption is a must. The candidate must be comfortable working in a very dynamic, fluid environment and enjoy problem solving.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Travel: Occasional travel required (10-15%).
