KBR is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to provide knowledge and expertise applying principles, theories and methods of cost estimation and earned value management analysis in support of our Government customers. An active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Senior program manager for a cost and requirements analysis organization, providing strategic program management, analysis, and supervision to contractor staff across all mission support areas. Provide expert guidance, direction, mentorship, and personnel management to contract staff in all cross-domain activities; manage and interface any issues with government or contract staff

Qualifications:

  • Must possess fifteen years total experience relevant to national security systems, and at least ten years’ experience in a relevant technical area (e.g., cost estimating). The applicant must also have ten years’ combined experience as a team, program, or project leader.

Education:

  • Must possess a master’s degree in a technical, engineering, or quantitative discipline, to include engineering, physics, computer science, operations research, or economics. Bachelor’s degree acceptable in lieu of experience.

Security Requirements:

  • Must currently hold a Top Secret security clearance with CI Poly
