SAIC’s National Intelligence Community (NIC) business unit, USG Mission and Information Technology division provides solutions and services supporting digital modernization programs in areas such as system engineering, cloud computing, cyber security, data science and analytics, artificial intelligence/ machine learning, application development, SecDevOps, network operations, and secure communications.

We seek a Resource / Staffing Manager to lead staffing related functions within a dynamic PMO for a recently awarded five (5) year effort to support programs of national intelligence.  The Resource / Staffing Manager will report directly to the Program Manager within a dynamic PMO to implement effective strategies and efficient processes for significant growth and sustainment. 

The professional will engage directly with new and existing employees, subcontractors, dedicated recruiting and sourcing teams, and other corporate support functions.  Other responsibilities will include interviewing and hiring candidates, tracking key performance metrics, generating reports with Excel, and presenting information to management.  This is a critical position within the PMO that requires excellent communication skills, a team building personality, and flexibility to adapt change. 


Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications or relevant discipline
  • Three (3) or more years working with staffing related support, issues, processes, and strategies
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
  • Significant experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Active security clearance
  • Experience working with subcontractors to staff positions
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Experience with full lifecycle recruiting
  • Experience providing support in an active PMO for government contractors
