AECOM is seeking an Environmental Scientist II to be based in Indianapolis, IN

Ability to work solo or as part of a team in indoor and outdoor settings to collect high-quality environmental data from sampled media. Media may include, but is not limited to, soil, groundwater, surface water, soil gas, and indoor air.
Assist with analyzing and reporting of environmental data for delivery to client. This may include data tabulation, preparing reports, and generating graphics to display data.
Understand and propose appropriate analytical methods and techniques. Assist with providing advice and consulting services within scope of scientific knowledge.
Ability to detect and solve problems individually and as a team while performing tasks in an outdoor setting.
Works well under general supervision.
Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
Mentor and assist staff who are less experienced.
Understanding and adhering to AECOM's safety principals.

CHMM, P.G., or P.E. License preferred, but not required.
Understanding and experience with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and other due diligence tasks.
Ability to assist with preparing permit and compliance documents that may include, but are not limited to, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPS), floodplain/floodway permit applications, and USACE Section 404 permit applications.
