Title:

EPBL: Logistics Clerk

Logistics Clerk duties are:

  • Process purchase orders using Excel and Access -
  • Receives, checks in, picks parts, and issues materials in support of daily production
  • Coordinates the organization's daily logistical operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
  • Organizes warehousing for goods.
  • Reviews inventory to ensure that product adjustments are properly applied.
  • Plans and schedules inbound and outbound shipments to internal or external customers based on needs.
  • Ensures on-time delivery of goods to customers, by investigating and resolving issues.
  • Responsible for filing of document, preparation of required documents and reports.
  • Responsible for weekly cycle counts; maintains inventories and completes records.
  • Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work in an environment with constant priority changes.
  • Assists in cost control by evaluating shipments, consolidating deliveries, and selecting most cost-efficient method of shipment within Department of Defense guidelines.
  • All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • US Citizen
  • Specialized level - 1yr experience
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Other duties assigned

This position is located in the Utah area. There is no perdiem, no uplift, no relocation assistance available.
