  • 5+ years gathering, eliciting, managing, analyzing, and documenting requirements in a professional environment
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools and how to integrate into other business process platforms and techniques
  • Familiarity with networking, system integration, data science, and cloud computing (preferred)

Skills/Experience: Microsoft Office tool Suite, requirements management, technical management, quality/mission assurance, project management, system administration, virtualization, system design, operations, sustainment, enterprise architecture, and application development. Looking for applicants to communicate complex IT and technical concepts in a collaborative environment.


  • Manages and analyzes functional and non-functional project requirements based upon studies of operational objectives, stakeholder needs, alternatives, and relationships with associated projects/programs.
  • Work with the NAVWAR Program Executive Office Manpower, Logistics, and Business Solutions to increase support in the area of interface and functional requirements analysis, documentation, and decomposition of Navy maintenance data into business process requirements.
  • Serves as a liaison with other engineering and integrated product teams to keep abreast of system design developments in order to coordinate group activities and translate requirements into a usable format required by development and management teams.
  • Evaluates engineering progress, development, and findings to assure technical adequacy to meet deployment success criteria, operational demands, and conformance with established standards and practices.
  • Performs complex engineering assignments involved in the research, design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment of an overall project requirements management process comprising a number of hardware/software systems.
  • Analyzes subsystems, interfaces, and related architectures to ensure system integration is requirements driven.
  • Executes systems engineering assignments and assists other high level engineers or program elements engaged in planning and continuous improvement for configuration, reconfiguration, and implementation of system or subsystem enhancements, modifications, or new functional capabilities.
