Skills/Experience: BS degree in engineering or applied science with at least 5 years of related experience.. Microsoft Office tool Suite, requirements management, technical management, quality/mission assurance, project management, system administration, virtualization, system design, operations, enterprise architecture, application development.


  • Establishes project requirements based upon studies and analysis of operational objectives, stakeholder needs, alternatives, and relationships with associated projects/programs.
  • Originates engineering plans, ideas, schemes, and techniques as required to direct the efforts of assigned personnel to achieve desired results and objectives.
  • Maintains liaison with other engineering and integrated product teams to keep abreast of developments in allied fields or programs in order to coordinate group activities.
  • Evaluates engineering progress, development, and findings to assure technical adequacy to meet operational demands and conformance with established standards and practices.
  • Interacts with senior management and senior customer representatives to lead a cross-functional team.
  • Performs and/or directs the performance of complex engineering assignments involved in the research, design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment of an overall project comprising a number of hardware/software systems.
  • Designs and analyzes subsystems, interfaces, and related architectures to ensure system integration.
  • Executes systems engineering assignments and assists other high level engineers or program elements engaged in planning and continuous improvement for configuration, reconfiguration, and implementation of system or subsystem enhancements, modifications, or new functional capabilities.
  • Understands the needs of federal civilian and defense markets while collaborating and architecting systems across diverse technology, server, and digital engineering solutions to support mission requirements.
  • Develop innovative complex, leading-edge model-based systems engineering solutions and architecture models.
