Our Talent Acquisition Directors play a pivotal role contributing to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team. Working in a collaborative and engaging environment, you will be responsible for managing a team across multiple geographies while building and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external. - Develop and deploy recruitment teams to meet staffing needs
- Mentor recruitment teams to meet assigned goals
- Responsible for developing and deploying high performing and flexible regional Recruitment teams capable of meeting all staffing needs in a timely manner without sacrificing quality
- Ensure Recruitment teams are provided the necessary tools, support, and guidance to effectively develop and execute their recruiting plans
- Develop a talent sourcing strategy and network of contacts to leverage relationships and networks in the call center industry in order to identify and attract top talent to key business areas
- Initiate, negotiate, and manage working relationships with vendors and external business partners to facilitate the generation of high-quality candidates, screening services and talent acquisition
- Develop, implement, and monitor the candidate sourcing and evaluation processes
- Ensure effective and consistent hiring practices across regions, identify gaps and either provide or coordinate up-training as needed
- Collaborate with functional leadership to ensure programs/initiatives are communicated to prospective candidates
- Oversee regular reporting and analyses for Senior Management on key recruiting metrics
- Develop and implement action plans to promptly address deficiencies
- Partner with Training, Human Resources, and IT to effectively manage the onboarding process
- Provide management and leadership to the field recruiting teams, ensuring ongoing staff education and development
- Responsible for respective departments overall performance and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives
- Travel as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 8-15 years' minimum experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition organization
- 10 years minimum experience in a leadership role managing leaders and a team of full life cycle recruiters
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Efficient time management
- Sufficient depth of knowledge in employment law strongly preferred
- Ability to influence across a matrix of business constituents
- Proven track record of building rapport with employees, management, and vendors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to express innovative thoughts/ideas with regard to recruiting and overall employee experience
- Demonstrated success in a multi-location or global organization
- Proven success implementing innovative processes in a high volume, service oriented recruiting environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in areas of HR staffing functions with particular emphasis on high volume, entry level recruitment, recruitment technology, market research capabilities, staff development and performance management
- Previous Recruitment call center experience required
- ATS Experience - preferably ICIMS experience
