SAIC is currently looking to hire an Integration and Test Engineer to join the Future Open Rotorcraft Cockpit Environment team located in Huntsville, AL!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assists in requirement derivation for incremental development on the Future Open Rotorcraft Cockpit Environment.
  • Serve as the Scrum Master for AGILE processes utilizing increments and sprints to track development statuses.
  • Maintains system configuration management for two Science and Technology simulators and an integration station
  •  Develops and executes test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements.
  • Develops test plans, test schedule, and approach.
  • Writes test cases and scripts and identifies data for test scenarios. 


Required Education and Experience

Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree

Required Clearance: Active DOD Secret clearance

Required Certification: Current Security+ CE, CISSP, or CASP certification

Required Skills:

  • Extensive Oracle DBA experience
  • Solid experience with UNIX (Solaris)/Linux (RHEL) environments, OEM, Shell Scripting, and some third party tools such as Putty, Toad, SQL Developer, etc.
  • Solid experience with RMAN, ASH/AWR Reports, DataPump, SQlLoader, and Query tuning
  • Experience automating repetitive and/or error-prone tasks
  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, triggers, stored procedures, functions, and database links
  • Knowledgeable of triggers, stored procedures, third party tools, replication, clustering, and transaction monitoring

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with High Availability (H/A), RAC, Goldengate, Dataguard
  • Experience with WebLogic, OHS, OBIEE, and OAM
  • Cross-platform migration experience
