Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team in the Chantilly location.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide great customer service by answer incoming calls from customers to create incident tickets, answer inquiries, questions, and provide information.
Answer calls and respond to emails
Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter new customer information into system
Update existing customer information
Process orders, forms and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Great customer service and communications skills
Documentation and triage capabilities
Basic MS Office and Ticketing system experience
Able to communicate clearly over the phone to end users
Willingness to learn new skills
Verbal and written communication skill

knowledge of customer service principles and practices
some experience in a call center or customer service environment

Security Clearance Requirements:
US Citizenship and an active TS clearance. Must be willing to submit to a random polygraph
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment.
