Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior to Mid-Level Web Developer to join our team in the Chantilly, Virginia!

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented SharePoint Designer/Web Developer to join our on-site team in the Chantilly, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides demonstrated ability to develop SharePoint-enabled solutions to satisfy design objectives. Develop and Maintain Support Websites (using SharePoint).
  • Support website development, including entering new content, reviewing and updating existing content within the websites, tools and databases: and producing reports as directed.
  • Develop custom tailored SharePoint workflows and data exports to provide maximum automation and availability of submitted data for reporting and metrics on all collected information.
  • Support requirements, CONOPSs and operating manual updates for versioning of the websites, tools and databases.
  • Use SharePoint Designer, InfoPath and allowable third-party software to develop practical collaboration tools in support of CST's SharePoint sites.
  • Support iterative SharePoint development and customization projects for secure customers
  • Develop, maintain, and update the content and structure of the NMIS websites and CWAN websites, to include restoration after anomalous events
  • Gather functional requirements from various customers and implement using SharePoint Designer and other SharePoint related design tools.
  • Review and asses NRO’s business processes. The Contractor shall leverage the web, associated technologies, and provide recommendations to improve the business processes in its assessment to the Government POC for approval to implement.
  • Maintain synchronization and appropriate filtering between NMIS and JWICS.
  • Collaborate with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel, and others to design SharePoint sites and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.
  • Maintain all web team Information Management (IM) requirements in a web-based integrated central repository.
  • Perform revision, repair, or expansion of existing SharePoint Sites to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
  • Understand and utilize HTML code and Office SharePoint design software


  • Possess an active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
  • 5 or more years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, and excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent communication and listening skills as well as experience in customer service
  • Ability to create and enhance existing SharePoint Sites
  • Ability to learn new concepts very quickly
  • Good verbal and written capabilities, good listener and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with customers to obtain requirements, and provide recommendations


  • Experience with the following technologies/languages: JSON, NO SQL Database



Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
