AECOM is seeking a Project Assistant for Geotechnical Team to be based in Hong Kong.
Provide technical, administrative and logistical support to geotechnical project teams
Maintain and update the project files, documents, database / library with high accuracy
Assist with production of drawings, figures and plans
Assist project teams to prepare proposal / tender submissions
Carry our site visits for data collection
Higher diploma with significant science / technology content preferred. Candidates with other or lower qualifications will be considered on a case by case basis.
Familiar with business software including MS Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good communication and organization skills
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
A good team player and can work well in a team
Command of both written and spoken English
