Job Description:

The role will primarily be responsible for supporting the end-to-end onboarding services in compliance with the service level agreements, policies, processes, and procedures of the company.

  • Perform onboarding activities by generating, releasing, and collecting onboarding documents such as job offers and employment contracts.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and teams for timely completion of onboarding requirements and systems accesses.

  • Respond to basic onboarding queries and provide analysis and resolution to basic onboarding issues using standard processes and procedures.

  • Administer end-to-end background check processes and provide timely progress reports.

  • Perform onboarding data management by tracking and maintaining information and progress of recruitment and onboarding activities.

  • Perform personal documents collections and maintenance and ensure strict compliance with data protection protocols and storage.

  • Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and resolving common and recurring issues.

  • Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.

  • Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.

  • Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.

  • Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in outsourcing, shared services, or a similar model with compensation-related roles or other similar functions is preferred

  • Experience using Oracle, Workday, BrassRing, ServiceNow, or other similar platforms and tools is preferred

  • Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks and with the ability to propose ways to prevent or eliminate errors, discrepancies & issues. (Attention to Detail)

  • Ability to maintain good customer relationships with the ability to initiate ways to improve customer experience (Customer Service)

  • Ability to effectively communicate within a varied audience and internal and external customers using different platforms. (Communication)

  • Ability to identify and resolve moderate and complex issues by applying best practices and technical expertise and may recommend solutions for unique scenarios. (Problem Solving)
