Electrical Assessor Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES

• Conduct an inventory of client facilities properly classifying building components in accordance with ASTM UNIFORMAT II.
• Perform assessments of client facilities using professional expertise and judgment to determine physical condition and conformance with specifications and building codes.
• Work under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and standard practices.
• Physical ability to inspect large complexes at fast pace (assessors typically walk up to 5 miles per day) and the employee must occasionally lift and/ or move up to 40 pounds.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred:

The assessor should have 5+ years of experience with building power electrical systems and knowledge of current electrical safety practices and be equivalent to a Journeyman, a V Level Technician or Electrical Engineer.

The assessor should be able to identify common electrical system components, understand how they function/operate and have experience planning or performing electrical maintenance, improvements, or repairs.

Qualifications:

Turkish Citizenship Capable to speak, read, write, and understand English Language “Minimum Level II” Have a current driver’s license (minimum “B” Class) Fulfilled Turkish Military obligation Capable of obtaining a Turkish security clearance Technical High School graduate/two-year University Graduate (must possess diploma), Department of Electric High Degree of knowledge with hand and power tools associated with Electrical and general know of other hand and power tool equipment.

Fraud Alert
