Incirlik Air Base




  • Conducts condition assessments on recurring basis to maintain data Sustainment Management Systems (SMS) BUILDER (Direct Condition Rating Assessment Matrix) currency.
  • Identifying Systems, Components and Sections to divide a Building into Systems and Components in accordance with the UNIFORMAT II classification for building elements.
  • Conducts inventory and the initial condition assessment of systems and components.
  • Extracts quantity (LF, SF, etc.) of system components from as-built drawings and blueprints and updates condition assessments sheets.



Shall have a Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Architecture with at least 5 years of on-site construction experience.

  • Experience working in accordance with US Air Force regulations, specifications, and contract documents for all real property facilities on Incirlik Air Base, is desired.
  • Shall have general knowledge of the Military projects. Shall be familiar with Turkish/US Government building codes/safety/standards & requirements, and design/construction procedures is a plus.
  • Must be able to read and understand construction specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Skill in using computer hardware and software to include Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point/Project. Should be familiar with Computer Aided Drafting and Design software, such as AutoCAD, and REVIT is a plus.
  • Work in a "team" oriented environment, and under stressful conditions associated with critical deadlines and heavy workloads.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, proceed with objectives without supervision, and resolve recurring problems.
  • Shall have knowledge on construction safety requirements.
  • Work from ladders, on roofs, in confined spaces, uses industrial equipment, and will work outside in adverse conditions.


Turkish Citizenship Capable to speak, read, write, and understand English Language “Minimum Level III” Have a current driver’s license (minimum “B” Class) Fulfilled Turkish Military obligation Capable of obtaining a Turkish security clearance University Degree Diploma for Architecture High Degree of knowledge with hand and power tools associated with Electrical and general know of other hand and power tool equipment.
