Fire Protection Assessor Technician


  • Conduct an inventory of client facilities properly classifying building components in accordance with ASTM UNIFORMAT II.
  • Perform assessments of client facilities using professional expertise and judgment to determine physical condition and conformance with specifications and building codes.
  • Work under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and standard practices.
  • Physical ability to inspect large complexes at fast pace (assessors typically walk up to 5 miles per day) and the employee must occasionally lift and/ or move up to 40 pounds.



The assessor should have 5+ years of experience related to building Fire Protection systems or be equivalent to a Journeyman, a V Level Technician, or Civil or Mechanical Engineer.

The assessor should be able to identify common Fire Protection system components including deluge systems, detection and alarm systems/components and understand how they operate and have experience planning or performing Fire Protection systems maintenance, improvements, or repairs. The assessor should have experience in identifying common problems related to Fire Protection systems and components.


Turkish Citizenship Capable to speak, read, write, and understand English Language “Minimum Level II” Have a current driver’s license (minimum “B” Class) Fulfilled Turkish Military obligation Capable of obtaining a Turkish security clearance Technical High School graduate/two-year University Graduate (must possess diploma), Department of Electric / HVAC High Degree of knowledge with hand and power tools associated with Electrical and general know of other hand and power tool equipment.
