Description

SAIC has an opening for a Program Management Team Manager to work in Washington, DC (multiple locations).

Provide input in planning, developing and implementing program baseline.  Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to establish a data driven approach to decision making as well as execute best practices and measure performance. Interface with Senior Management and deconstruct technical implementations and their impact on lines of businesses, functions, and end-users into non-technical language. Lead, mentor, and coach development teams in the adoption and use of industry best practices such as Agile and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.  Lead change management and risk mitigation activities. Analyze results of software and services quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives and develop plans to increase quality based on data. Manage team, deliverables, schedules and costs while ensuring that resources are utilized appropriately and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with contractual obligations. Ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Requires twenty-four (24) months in job or job related experience to include job duties listed in the job description.
