Job Summary

AECOM US Industrial Maintenance Inc. is currently looking for a Document Controller for our Maintenance division. This position will be located in Monaca, PA on the Shell Cracker Plant Facility. This is a temporary position to work on the ECU Start Up.

Job Summary:

  • Provides support, advice and direction to ensure all documents are formatted, prepared and approved in accordance with company procedures.

  • Control company-controlled documents and ensure the documentation is processed in compliance with current regulations and procedures.

  • Use of Microsoft Office to change or monitor quality assurance for controlled documents, such as correct document number, revision, title, etc as per the current Document Control Procedure.

  • Issue and distribute controlled documents.

  • Facilitate the flow of information between sites and corporate office.

  • Prepare documentation for archiving.

  • Ensure current master copies of company documents are maintained and available on company Document Control / Records Management database.

  • Assists in the development and ongoing maintenance of the Site/ Contract SharePoint Site.

  • May provide Document Control support for transitions / implementations on new contract commencement.

  • Provides support to the Manager, Corporate Quality Assurance on various projects and initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or Diploma/Certificate + 4 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED + 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Very strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and Adobe

  • Experience in navigating Corporate Intranet.

  • Solid technical knowledge in understanding and applying records/data management principles, concepts, tools and technology.

  • Knowledgeable of ISO:9001 series standard requirements for Document Control processes.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Must be willing to be onsite at Client location.

  • Due to the nature of the work, US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident is required.

  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

  • Physically able, with or without an accommodation, to work in indoor and outdoor environments with uneven terrain. Variable environmental conditions include heat, dusts, noise, and chemicals.

  • Position will include conducting field work and wearing associated personal protective equipment, including but not limited to gloves, safety glasses/goggles, safety shoes/boots, hard hat, and hearing protection.

  • No Relocation assistance and/or Per Diem.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Local to Monaca, PA area preferred.

  • Experience with Maintenance contracts especially in Oil and Gas, Chemical or Power industries.
