Community Associate- Marketing - Military veterans preferred

As a Community Associate, you will help execute the strategy of the Synopsys Software Integrity Community. This resource is crucial in driving key initiatives within our self-service, scale, customer advocacy, acquisition, and adoption programs. We're seeking someone who is passionate about relationship building, is an advocate for our users and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
Assisting in day-to-day community operations and requests
Community moderation and connecting customers with the appropriate teams
Content and knowledgebase management
Helping to head up the charge in localizing the community for global audiences
Analyze audience interactions weekly and provide recommendations on improvements for future interactions
Help to troubleshoot and reproduce potential bugs raised by internal users as well as customers

Nice to Have
Fluent Japanese and/or Chinese
CSS knowledge

Knowledge & Skills
2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Administrative Assistant or related position.
You're comfortable talking to customers and are motivated by making them successful
Experience building and creating engaging content for key stakeholders.
Dynamic understanding of the technology space
Experience with community enabling platforms: managing events on Zoom/equivalent platforms as well as experience with Salesforce/Slack/Teams/other communication platforms.
Excellent project management and customer service skills.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize information to obtain buy-in.
Self-starter
Adaptability and eagerness to influence.
