SAIC is seeking a Cyber Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) to work onsite in Quantico, VA.

This position is contingent on contract award which is expected in July 2022.

The Cyber Intelligence SME position requires the following experience:

  • Experience defining the battlespace environment to include: classification of network, baseline activity, architecture, operating system, services, connectivity and bandwidth.
  • Experience identifying the limits/vulnerabilities of an adversary’s network.
  • Experience identifying intelligence gaps relevant to an adversary’s network, recommendations to close intelligence gaps through collection planning, and presenting Courses of Action (COA) to decision makers.
  • Experience developing specific COA analysis which include identification of adversary’s cyber objectives and adversary’s perception of friendly information architecture.
  • Experience defining battlespace effects by analyzing information, services and networks (inclusive of confidentiality, integrity, availability) and protect, detect, respond, restore and conduct network reviews.
  • Experience performing analysis of security, auditing procedures and backup systems to thwart adversary penetration.
  • Experience evaluating an adversary’s network profile of physical location of assets, architectures, security policies, baseline activity, peculiarities and vulnerabilities, and capabilities. Experience conveying this analysis both verbally and in written form with charts and graphs, when necessary.
  • Experience performing all-source in-depth link and social networks analysis using advanced social network analysis techniques.
  • Experience performing disruption to social networks. Assess information gaps and predict areas of information that enhance the collection cycle, based on collection strategies.



  • High School Diploma (HSD) or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
  • Personnel must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of Cyber Intelligence experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Prior United States Marine Corps (USMC) Information Technology experience, having obtained Military Occupational Specialty (MOS): 2651, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s Degree – any field.


  • Must have at minimum, TS/SCI or SCI eligibility
  • May be subject to a Poly

COVID Policy: Prospective and/or new employees are required to adhere with SAIC's vaccination policy.
