ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission- oriented Help Desk System Administrator in the Chantilly, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer. Positions within this large intelligence community program will cover the full life-cycle of development, enhancements and maintenance of a suite of critical customer applications and infrastructure across the development, test/staging, and production environments. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain data files and control procedures for a system of networked computers or for a single group of microcomputers linked to a host workstation, or mainframe
Maintain system security and data integrity
Assign passwords and monitor use of resources, back up files as required and work with management to define requests for information Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions

Experience with administering Windows and Linux operating systems.
Security Plus certification or equivalent.
Minimum Education Required:
· Bachelor's Degree; OR Associate's Degree and 2 years' experience is acceptable in lieu of Bachelor's degree; OR High School and 4 years' experience is acceptable in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
4 years' experience desired / 4 years' experience credit allowed for PhD degree / 2 years' experience credit allowed for Master's degree
Experience with cloud environments (AWS - C2S), including VPC configurations.
Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, Ansible, Puppet, Docker, Tomcat, Tuxedo, Weblogic, Git, Apache Http Server, Momentum (or other ERP system), Cognos, Certent DCM.
Experience with managing PKI infrastructure.
Experience supporting high volume help desk
Security Clearance Requirements:
Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
