Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented ELINT Signals Analyst to join our team in the Laurel, MD area. The position is part of a team that provides database analytic support to Electronic Warfare community to help resolve discrepancies between observed and assessed information to ensure database quality.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing analysis of development and operational derived from radar emissions; jammer and other electronic attach emanations
  • Providing insight, advice, mentoring, and technical guidance to other analysts on analysis problems encountered within the customer community

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Science, or Computer Science and 6 years of technical experience or 10 years of experience with no degree.
  • Experience in developing accurate signal chronologies and determine relationships between related signals
  • Experience is providing feedback to improve signals tasking and/or produce tuning updates for national processors to improve automated reporting
  • Experience in updating or creating entries for the national database according to established standards
  • Experience in analyzing multiple data sets and to use signals terminology to present cohesive analysis findings in accordance with the signals reporting standards
  • Experience in incorporating range/velocity corridor plots MTI interpretation, bistatic reflection analysis, P-cubed measurements (power, pattern, polarization), new signal identification, and multiple signal formats.
  • Experience in screen and decimating large data files
  • Experience in using signals analysis tools, techniques, and procedures to make precise measurements of signal parameters, such as, radio frequency, inter/intrapulse modulation, pulse duration, and scan

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer Combined Emitter Database (CED)

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Current and active TS/SCI with polygraph based upon a SSBI

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of time
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
  • Ability for clear communication with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
