Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Team Lead, IT Support to join our team. This is an on-site position, in support of our government customer, DISA Chambersburg, PA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Organizes and directs the configuration and operation of information management systems
  • Responsible for directing the work of other system administrators to provide the day-to-day system administration to include system and resource optimization, and user assistance
  • Conducts network capacity and performance analysis and offers system configuration change or upgrade recommendations
  • Increases system administrator efficiency and accuracy via the use of automated tools and scripts
  • Develops and maintains system administrator procedures and other IT support documentation
  • Maintains Cisco network products for the campus
  • Works with the government to configure, deploy, and maintain VoIP solutions for the campus
  • Provides end user support and troubleshooting for VTC solutions at the campus
  • Conducts routine wireless war-driving and reports findings to the ISSO
  • Works with the ISSO to sustain the locally hosted project support lab (PSL) by maintaining zero-clients, networks, servers, endpoint images, and ACAS solution for the environment
  • Coordinates site support activities with the government lead and the facilities Division Chief

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in a computer or engineering field, or technical training, or equivalent experience
  • Requires 6 years of relevant experience
  • TS-SCI security clearance (interim TS to start)
  • 1-2 years’ experience leading a team

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside an office environment to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • The person in this position will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange effective and accurate information in these situations.
  • The person in this position may be required to remain in vertical stationary position for up to 50% of the time to deliver presentations or for instances of career fair events.
  • The person in this position must be able to inspect, observe and assess written recruiting plans, manuals, presentations, etc.
