Essential Function: Primarily responsible for performing maintenance on air conditioning and heating equipment.
General Purpose: Customer relations, problem solving and time management.
Role Responsibilities: Work closely with dispatch, warehouse and any others necessary to provide timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform maintenances in accordance with company standards
- Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, preforming designated work and proactively solving problems
- Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information
- Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
- Document work performed in accordance with company procedure
- Maintain knowledge of current of hvac standards
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Valid local driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Acceptable criminal background record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- EPA Universal or EPA Type II certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
- Commitment to company values
- Ability to lift and carry loads up to 80 pounds
- Ability to climb into and through attics and crawl spaces
- Ability to work outside and in extreme temperatures
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to speak, read and write English

Work Environment: The duties of this job are performed mostly in extreme hot to cold weather conditions and in confined/close spaces, i.e. crawl spaces and attics. This job requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed by company policy.
