ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Fusion Analyst Expert to support an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Springfield, VA. Candidate will provide sustainment and maintenance support to administer, monitor, patch and upgrade Cyber Security Tools capabilities. Candidate will adhere to stringent configuration control and change management procedures, provide overall system, configuration, account, and permissions administration, maintain full security patch compliance, and ensure functional capability through testing prior to introduction of all patches for cyber security solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Report cyber security system status using automated means and respond to system outages in accordance with published procedures and coordination across mission and functional areas
Perform systems security monitoring and management of operational cyber security capabilities, to include appropriate incident response and escalation
Capture, maintain, and standardize the overall sustainment process for enterprise cyber defense capabilities
Utilize industry best practices and established processes to support an end-to-end, long-term sustainment
Collaborate with technical leads and team members to ensure successful delivery of projects
Minimal local travel may be required between government customer site (Washington, DC) and contractor site (Springfield, VA)
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other closely related IT discipline, and 7 or more years of relevant experience
Possess IAT Level II certification
Possess Cyber Security Service Provider – Information Security (CSSP-IS) certification
Experience with at least one of the following classes of enterprise cyber defense technologies: Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems; Network Intrusion Detection System/Intrusion Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS); Host Intrusion Detection System/Intrusion Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS); Network and Host malware detection and prevention; Network and Host forensic applications; Web/Email gateway security technologies; SOAR
Experience with SAFe Agile Scrum Development methodologies with a cross-functional team approach
Splunk training and/or certifications
Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in Cyber Security, InfoSec, Security Engineering, Network Engineering with emphasis in cyber security issues and operations, computer incident response, systems architecture, data management
Security Clearance Requirements:
Current TS/SCI clearance (or active TS with SCI eligibility) with a Polygraph or ability to obtain a Polygraph before starting employment
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
