ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to support an Intelligence Community (IC) customer Washington, DC area.  Candidate will provide management support for all aspects of the program including staffing; timely response and communication; meeting coordination; program, project, and progress reporting; and coordination and outreach to other organizations supporting the program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop project plans, communication plans, project schedules, and work breakdown structures

  • Provide status of projects, requirements, plans, and schedule according to Program leadership direction

  • Provide reports and deliverables for functional areas

  • Present, develop and maintain presentations or other artifacts used for Program Reviews

  • Create and brief presentations, reports, metrics to customer and Program leadership

  • Collaborate with technical leads and team members to ensure successful delivery of projects

  • Minimal local travel may be required between government customer site (Washington, DC) and contractor site (Springfield, VA)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience

  • Possess IAT Level II certification

  • Experience managing multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAFe Agile Scrum Development methodologies with a cross-functional team approach

  • Ability to and experience interacting with various levels of senior management

  • Ability to make decisions and resolve problems effectively – seek out information and data to evaluate, prioritize and formulate best solution or practice

  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, share workloads, and deal with sudden shifts in project priorities

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Current TS/SCI clearance (or active TS with SCI eligibility) with a Polygraph, or ability to obtain a Polygraph before starting employment

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
