ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager / Program Support Specialist to support an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Washington, DC area. Candidate will provide support to the Program Manager in areas of meeting preparation, logistics and management of Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), Design Reviews, and Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Integrated Program Reviews (IPRs).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide status of projects, requirements, plans, and schedule according to Program leadership direction
Provide reports and deliverables for functional areas
Maintain presentations or other artifacts used for TEMs, PMRs, IPRs, etc.
Create presentations, reports, metrics for Program Leadership
Collaborate with technical leads and team members to ensure successful delivery of projects
Minimal local travel may be required between government customer site (Washington, DC) and contractor site (Springfield, VA)
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience.
Possess IAT Level II certification
Experience managing multiple tasks
Experience with SAFe Agile Scrum Development methodologies with a cross-functional team approach
Ability to and experience interacting with various levels of senior management
Security Clearance Requirements:
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
