Description
SAIC’s National Intelligence Community (NIC) business unit, USG Mission and Information Technology division provides solutions and services supporting digital modernization programs in areas such as system engineering, multi-cloud computing, cyber security, data science and analytics, artificial intelligence/machine learning, quantum computing, application development, SecDevOps, cloud network operations and secure communications.
We are seeking a highly motivated PMO Project Manager to join our multi-million dollar national intelligence program supporting the Cloud Investment Multi-Cloud Management (CIMM) team. As a contributor to the intelligence community’s first multi-cloud initiative, you will be at the epicenter of emergent cloud computing technologies establishing a foundation that will evolve to include all agencies within the IC. The PMO Project Manager will assist the CIMM Program and other Project Managers with tasks associated with day-to-day execution of staffing, CDRLs, and subcontract management.
Responsibilities include:
Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
Tracking the schedule of program CDRLs to ensure delivery is on time
Assist with the development of all program CDRLs
Responsible for the submission of all program CDRLs
Developing a repository/library for all program CDRLs
Staffing
Maintain staffing information including authorized contract positions, job requisitions, resumes, interview results
Serve as the Point of Contact regarding all program vacancies
Work with the PMs, Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, Financial staff and other team members to ensure that all billets are tracked from open to close
Collaborate and coordinate staffing decisions with program team and subcontractors
Produce staffing-related reports and statistics
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Subcontract Management
Main point of contact for all program communication with subcontract team
Weekly advertisement to subcontract team of open program positions
Collaborate and coordinate staffing decisions with program team and subcontractors
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
BS in management domain or related field and 5 years of experience in an IT environment (4 years of experience in lieu of degree)
Two (2) or more years of demonstrated experience in one or more following activities:
Experience working in a PMO environment
Experience as a Staffing and/or Resource Manager
Experience coordinating with subcontract companies
Strong analysis and quality assessment skills
Strong customer service skills, teaming skills, and the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Desired Qualifications:
High level understanding of cloud technologies
Team player and have the ability to collaborate with various enterprise teams to develop solutions and resolve issues
PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master
