DATABASE MANAGER - (390) - Military veterans preferred

Provide specialized management of database with regard to operator training, managing the database user accounts and implementation of capabilities throughout ACC. The contractor shall:

Establish and maintain support for UTA database to meet the requirements and establishing a liaison with HAF/A3OD to update, modify, and create at ACC GCCS Functional Manager's direction
Conduct database training and instruction to personnel within ACC Headquarters and other agencies identified by the ACC GCCS Functional Manager.
Develop and update database Familiarization Training Guide and Standardized Procedures and develop new functional checklists and review documents annually for accuracy.
Grant and manage application permissions for all ACC assigned users: Create / deactivate / reactivate / delete UTA database accounts; validate requirements to access the systems.
Requirements
US SECRET security clearance
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a field applicable to this position and five (5) years' military experience working with ART, DCAPES, and UTA
Five (5) years' experience in Air Force Logistics, Personnel, Manpower career fields, and/or Unit Deployment Manager/Unit ART Manager highly desired.
Three (3) years' experience working at an Air Staff or AF MAJCOM.
Completion of in-residence or MTT DCAPES and ART courses required.
