LBS is seeking a full-time LOGCAP - Flight Operations Dispatcher in Marshall Islands. Join our team and grow with us as we provide best in-class services that help clients solve their most complex challenges.

Your Impact
Minute by minute prioritizing of aircraft movement
Maintains contact with Aircraft via VHF/UHF radio using terminology required for communicating with both civil and military aircraft.
Coordination of all vehicles, pedestrian, and equipment movement on and around the airfield.
Providing timely weather updates that would affect the airfield operation.
Compiles aircraft dispatch data such as scheduled arrival/departure times, needed fuel, flight plans, ramp delays, and weather reports.
Files flight plans.
Prepares and submits information concerning flights and ground operation (NOTAMS).
Need to possess complete knowledge and skills dealing with aircraft flight and ground operations and airfield emergency procedures.
Point of contact for all aircraft ground operations to include refuel, defuel, engine runs, Ground Support Equipment Movement and hanger space availability.
Communicates Aircraft Operating Zone Status to arriving and departing aircraft.
May conduct daily airfield inspections.
Develops flight schedules for range missions' activities.


Required Qualifications
Minimum Three (3) years air terminal operations experience with aircrew communication, aircraft movement, flight following, etc.
Possess Intermediate Microsoft Office software experience to include: Outlook, Excel, Access and Word. Possession of valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Valid drivers' license from Home of Record.
Valid Passport.
18+ years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly
Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time
Communicates effectively orally and in writing
Possess good oral and written communication skills
Successful results of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen
Comply with Company Drug and Alcohol policy
Preferred Qualifications

Related Military experience.
Experience working in a multi-national workforce.
Aircraft Dispatcher License.
Pilot license.
