Position supporting a major U.S. Navy contract responsible for providing full life cycle sustainment of Anti-terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) systems and equipment to ensure the security posture of Navy shore installations worldwide.
Ã¢?Â¢ Customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Ã¢?Â¢ Conducts on-site installation and testing of equipment to ensure proper working order.
Ã¢?Â¢ Isolates equipment start-up malfunctions and takes corrective action.
Ã¢?Â¢ Trains customer personnel in equipment operation and maintenance responsibilities.
Ã¢?Â¢ Represents the company in a customer support role and is responsible for customer's satisfaction with equipment and servicing.
Ã¢?Â¢ Perform other duties as assigned.
No supervisory duties are anticipated at this time.
Education and/or Experience:
Ã¢?Â¢ Bachelor's degree preferred or 8+ years of related experience.
Ã¢?Â¢ Experience on U. S. Navy ATFP or electronic security systems strongly desired.
Ã¢?Â¢ Experience installing or repairing security systems or components thereof.
Ã¢?Â¢ Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products including: Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
Ã¢?Â¢ System/Equipment Experience Desired: Physical Security/Access Control (PS/AC); Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Intelligence (C4i), and Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN)/Emergency Management (EM), Mass Notification Systems, Regional Operations Centers, Regional Dispatch Centers, Emergency Operations Centers, Automated Gates & Turnstiles, Video Surveillance Systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ã¢?Â¢ Ability to demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a team.
Ã¢?Â¢ Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervision.
Ã¢?Â¢ Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have a strong attention to detail.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must possess or able to obtain and maintain certifications for: First Aid/CPR, Fork Lift Operator, Aerial/Boom Lift, Scissor Lift, and Tower Climbing.
SECRET Level Required
Ã¢?Â¢ Must have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation.
Ã¢?Â¢ Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Ã¢?Â¢ Must also be able to maintain a US Government SECRET clearance.

This position will be located within a naval base in NAS Jacksonville, FL.
