Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: SAIC is seeking an experienced program integrator to provide wide-ranging programmatic and budget support to a Customer office that researches applications, capabilities, and techniques to provide a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities and limitations.  Program personnel work with subject matter experts across industry and government to include National Labs.  The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently to complete tasks including, but not limited to, the following:

  •  Create and monitor contract actions and oversee budget execution of multiple contracts (not at the Budget Specialist level).
  • Assist with developing and tracking spend plans.
  • Track contract actions, including invoices, from multiple internal and external funding sources.
  • Run contract funding status reports in the Customer system.
  • Ensure timely tracking and completion of Customer activities and requests.
  • Manage monthly status reports, meeting notes, and other program documents, ensuring proper version control and storage in the appropriate repository.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for funding and requirements collection.
  • Drafting and tracking cables.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and at least eight years of experience.
  • Record of accomplishment supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience handling contract tracking and budget responsibilities, including familiarity with the Customer’s financial systems and processes.
  • Outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple requirements.
  • Demonstrated excellent writing skills. 
  • Skilled with MS Office suite of products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with knowledge management tools, in particular Confluence.
