We are seeking a Service Manager to ensure the Program Team delivers uninterrupted value to consumers.

Typical duties of the Service Manager include:

  • Ensure the Program Team delivers uninterrupted value to consumers, including management of demand, service level, availability, capacity, service continuity, change, release and deployment, event, incident, problem, access, and continuous service improvement; resolving any support deficiencies.
  • Coordinate and manage dependencies across architecture, configurations, deployments, and system upgrades across the enterprise, playing a key role in SAFe Release planning. This includes infrastructure in a classified environment, helping to maintain parity with development and test environments.
  • Work with vendors for prototyping, testing, and evaluation of new technologies, producing system specifications, metrics e.g. input/output requirements, and parameters for hardware/software compatibility.



  • Active TS/SCI clearance; CI poly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree  
  • 10+ years of experience
