Should have some form of tech support-related experience and some form of team/leadership experience (can be separate). Will be overseeing a team of 10-12 engineers in a 24/7 environment. Engineers are 100% remote, based around the globe.
Bi-weekly one on one meetings with each engineer
Addressing or escalating engineer concerns and issues
Managing schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage
Reviewing support tickets and client responses to ensure high level of support is being provided
Providing guidance or stepping in to communicate with clients on difficult issues â?? shield and protect the team when necessary
