We have an amazing opportunity to expand our Marketing Operations team using Adobe Workfront. We are seeking an individual well versed in Adobe Workfront that is passionate about improving project management and efficiency within a scaling marketing department. Responsibilities include owning the implementation of key marketing workflows and being a Workfront subject matter expert.

Our Creative Marketing Systems Administrator is responsible for keeping team hardware/software up to date to ensure optimum performance by placing orders for new software/hardware and communicating to the team regarding software updates. Implements and communicates new product enhancements for Adobe and Workfront.

Job Responsibilities
• Orders and tracks all hardware/software needs for the creative services team.
• Provides general Mac Operating Systems, Adobe, Workfront, and Walgreens server support
• On-boards new team members on Walgreens systems.
• Implements and communicates new products and/or processes.
• Works with IT to ensure data is managed in a secure fashion.
• Assists in the development and implementation of any process or system improvement for creative services and coordinates training among all internal workgroups and distributes “best practices” documentation.
• Assists with the ongoing evolution and improvement of the digital asset management library needs, as Creative Services integrates additional content to our centralized system to streamline corporate usage.
• Troubleshoots on projects and facilitates resolution on any technical issues that may jeopardize the timely completion, accuracy, and quality of projects.
Basic Qualifications

  • High School/ GED + at least 1 year of experience with systems support, project management, process/workflow improvement and digital asset integration
  • Experience analyzing, improving and incorporating vendor provided systems into Creative Services workflow and integration with existing corporate enterprise data and workflow systems.
  • Experience collaborating with (internal resources, external resources, both) to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Macintosh operating systems, Creative production application such as Adobe Creative Suite. Ie. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Experience with managing and maintaining database applications.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or information technology.
  • At least 4 years’ experience with systems support, project management, process/workflow improvement, and digital asset integration.
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE).
  • Experience incorporating vendor provided systems to existing enterprise solutions.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
  • Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
